A swinging country night

"It was possibly the best concert I have ever attended in the Town Hall Theatre," local photographer Pat Foley said today.

And no doubt the full-house audience agreed, as they enjoyed Nashville singer-songwriter team Leona and Ron Williams, along with Tony Kerr, Just Two, and Kilcullen's own Jimmy Aspell.

Organisers Carmel Aspell and Tommy Lawlor were delighted with the fact that the event, in aid of the Special Olympics, was sold out far in advance of the night.
