Village picnic at Brannockstown tomorrow

A reminder that a Village Picnic is being organised for tomorrow, Saturday, by Brannockstown Community Group, writes Brian Byrne.

It will be held in the grounds of the Baptist Church through the afternoon from 3pm.

People are invited to bring their picnic — tea, coffee and squash will be provided — and meet with their neighbours. Local musicians will entertain, and there will be games, face-painting and other fun attractions.

Those attending are also invited to bring a cake or buns to share. All welcome. There will a donation box for anyone who wants to support Brannockstown Tidy Towns.
